(Business Wire EON) September 2, 2008 -- The "30 Days of Night" and "Black Hawk Down" actor and a female friend allegedly entered what they believed was a secluded area of the SoHo Hotel, drew the curtains and proceeded to have sex. The hotel has security cameras throughout the property and taped Hartnett's tryst. Rumors of the tape have hit the Internet.
